Hostelin yeri gayet iyi şehir merkezine yakın. Sosyal alanı mutfağı çamaşır bölümü bar kısmı sosyal imkanlara gerçekten çok iyi personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever mutfakta 24 saat kahve çay var istediğinizi alın yapın sabahları ücretsiz waffle servisi var. Kaldığım en iyi hostellerden. tekrar gitsem direkt burada kalırım.

A great place to stay. Busy and comfortable. Free coffee and free laundry a real bonus. The eponymic ‘patio’ is full of smokers who make everywhere else smell of smoke when the windows are open as it’s so central. They should be banned from the Earth not just the property.

Points positifs : Le personnel d’entretien, service, etc. était absolument super : efficace, attentionné et vraiment agréable. L’établissement en lui-même est très bien, rien à redire sur le confort, la propreté ou l’ambiance générale. Points négatifs : En revanche, j’ai été déçu par l’accueil de deux personnes en particulier, alors que c’est pourtant leur rôle principal. Je ne parle pas couramment anglais, et j’ai senti une certaine impatience, voire un malaise, dans leur attitude. Certes, elles proposaient des services complémentaires (parking, activités…), mais ce n’est pas une raison pour mettre le client mal à l’aise. J’espère que cette impression négative n’était que passagère ou propre à mon expérience, mais elle mérite d’être soulignée. En résumé : un très bon hostel, avec un personnel en grande partie charmant, mais un accueil à revoir pour que l’expérience soit parfaite.
