The hotel is lovely. The room was really clean and the hotel smelled lovely as we walked in. Love the way you acquire your key as it's so simple. Great location and only have positive things to say about it. I met the owner on my way out this morning and she was lovely too. I'll definitely be going back to stay.

It was difficult to access the room, I would have preferred a manned reception area as everything needed code to open. First the front door then the e key safe, and all instructions by phone. Maybe I’m just old fashioned but it’s nicer to talk face to face. But the apartment was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the New Forest Lodge. Hotel was very clean and well layed out. Had everything we needed in our room which again was very clean and tidy Lodge is situated in a very good location and would certainly come again.
