We had a really nice time really nice area and location. The staff was really kind and supportive of booking transfer and rental car for the day, the kids program and evening disco was also really fun.

Vi bodde her i 14 dager og hadde ønsket 1 uke til. Underholdning for barn og voksne var helt fantastisk. Resepsjonen var helt fantastisk,utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomme med alt. Vaskepesonell var også utrolig hyggelig. 100 % et hotell å anbefale for store og små 😀🇧🇻

Rigtig god hotel til børnefamilier. Stort udvalg af aktiviteter i løbet af dagen. Hotellet kunne godt trænge til en opløftning. Værelser og senge rigtig gode, det samme gælder morgenbuffetten.

I just wanna start by saying how extremely disappointed I was about this week extended our trip in Majorca for an additional two days specifically to come up to Alcudia, and this was the worst part of our trip of a two week vacation and to end the trip. For starters for a place that charges as much money every night you would think that the floor tiles wouldn’t be peeling up from the ground or sliding as you step on them. The beds that is a king r two twins pushed together, but there’s no way to actually hold them together. So the second you move on them there’s no actual weight holding down the bed frames and they slide with ease which you’ll hear above you if you were not on the top floor. Our AC stopped working as it was 90° and we wanted to go to the pool to cool off, but there were so many kids that you couldn’t even go into the water and all parents were just sitting around the outside. When we ask someone from reception, where the pool was, they pointed us across the street to the wrong pool where we were then told to leave after specifically told that that was the pool. The beach that is near here honestly was so windy and so open that when we went in the ocean for simply 15 minutes and came back to our stuff, all of our things were completely covered in sand like it was Sahara desert. When I brought up all of these concerns to someone they didn’t seem to really know how to respond and simply gave me better directions to the pool. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. We did not do all inclusive as we wanted to eat out and restaurants, most walking distance or a short cab ride. Most cab rides were 8e to 10e. Not a luxurious hotel but is functional. Very kid friendly.

Due to cancelled flights we arrived 2 days late. We had a prepaid stay, but not a word from the hotel, they could have offered us somerhing for the 2 days we didnt use..
