A beautiful bed & breakfast, so well placed for so many visitor destinations Nicky is undoubtedly the hostess par excellence.. so helpful & ensuring her guests are happy. Spotless & homely

We had the smallest room with private bathroom across the landing. It would have been a squash with our dog, but we were trialling a wee holiday without her. The perfectly cooked breakfast, the cleanliness and friendly informality made us feel like welcome friends rather than guests. One of the few places we have wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely B&B close to Wadebridge, Rock and Polzeath and not too far to the Eden Project. Nicky has created a friendly home from home, with very comfortable rooms overlooking her lovely garden. Excellent breakfasts with delicious local ingredients.

If you can get a room here you have to!! The owner Nicki is one of the nicest people on the planet. The breakfast was the best! This place makes access to lots of Cornwall points of interest so easy. Do yourself a favor and book a room now!!
