The hotel was continently located, plenty of parking and did have breakfast in the morning. There was really limited options for breakfast. When we checked in we had an issue with our TV and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was EXTREMELY SMALL and we had a king sized bed, the bed took up the entirety of the room. There was less than 2ft between the bed and the table the TV sat on. There was only 1 side table so we had to rearrange furniture so my husband has somewhere to put his things. There was no where to put our suitcase. There were bugs in our room. There were also multiple small bathmats across the walking areas of the room and we tripped over them but when I went to move them out of the way there were large gaps in the flooring where the planks of wood have separated. The floor was bubbling up and I think that was why the mats were there to cover that up. We were traveling with our dog and I really think they put us in the worst room they had because of that reason. We were only there for a few days so we made due, but I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel didn’t feel very well maintained. It felt like paint was used to cover things up. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful tho.

My shower was unclean, it had hair and debri . I went to the front desk to report this and asked for something to clean it. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away, unless you expect mediocrity.

Would not recommend staying here. Breakfast was not good. Mattresses was very uncomfortable. Shower floors was chipped and the flooring in the rooms and lobby moved when you stepped on it. Parking was very narrow.
