This hotel is tired. And the lack of electrical outlets was dismaying, with power bars being used for the fridge, microwave, and tv. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was excellent.

The grouting on the bathroom tub walls was black…the next morning someone tried to clean it. I bought a brush and baking sofa and was able to remove most of it around the hand rails, the remaining area needs to be reputed. They didn’t vacuum for the four days we were there. Only one chair available for two senior patrons. The bathroom door scraped against the floor when we tried to shut it. I washed down the streaky bathroom door. There was a black oval shaped bug on the bathroom floor. Bath tub and sink missing the strainer for both drains and no plugs available if we want to bathe. The dining room booth seating were all worn and torn and the windows need to be cleaned. At $130 per night plus 15% tax, I would expect a higher standard of care and cleanliness.

Overall this hotel is in need of some major cleaning. The halls smell of smoke. There were several people hanging out just outside the door smoking dozens of cigarettes and joints. The floors, tub and walls were dirty. The one bright spot was the front desk person worked for over 1/2 hour to get our TV working- had to try 3 different routers.. She should get a raise!

The beds need updating for mattress & pillows. Sink was clogged in the bathroom. TV did not work even with the assistance of the manager . Not a pleasant stay unfortunately.
