As others have mentioned, this location is in the middle of renovations. During my stay there was no inconvenience caused by this. The room was clean and breakfast options plentiful. There are also plenty of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, as well as shops for any forgotten travel needs

Did not know at the time I booked it that over half of the hotel was being re-modeled. Dust and debris everywhere, not fit for paying guests. Room was "re-freshed" but was poorly done. Bed was the worst I've encountered in a long time, one side had a big collapsed hole, like sitting in a bean bag chair. Skipped the "breakfast". HIEx is usually my go to for an average + hotel, maybe this one will return to form after the repairs are complete.

WORSE HOTEL STAY EVER. We stayed there on the night of August 7-8, 2026. We couldn't use the pool because it was undergoing maintenance even though it looked perfectly fine. The hotel smelled. There were no eggs, sausage or bacon at the breakfast bar. The grills for bbqing were next to a table littered with cigarette butts. The phone did not work to call the front desk or the cleaning staff. The attendant didn't seem to know anything. But the worse part was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. We had the room booked for two nights but we left after the first. Overall the hotel seemed really run down and trashy, not what I've come to expect from an IHG hotel.

Didn't realize that construction was being done at this location when booking. Only access was in the back of the building. So you would have to walk all the way around the building. The pool was under construction as well. None of this was listed while booking.
