Rooms are very pricey, but worth it for the overall experience if you have Bass Pro lovers in your group. Service at the restaurants, especially Wahl Burger/bowling alley was spotty. Seems like maybe they have a hard time getting enough staff, but also a weird transition between breakfast and lunch where it seems like no one knows what’s going on and employees seem to hold back sort of hoping that customers waiting at the front might give up and go away. (We were told at 9:45 that breakfast ends at 10:00 so they wouldn’t seat us, but could take a to-go order. At 10:30 I said I needed my order or a refund and they assured me “It’s coming, but they had already put the breakfast stuff away so that’s why it took so long” I talked to at least three different people during the wait trying to figure out where my order was.) The pyramid is isolated from downtown area but offers a great free shuttle service you can book through an app so definitely take advantage of that and if you don’t like the dining choices there are plenty in downtown Memphis.

The room was amazing, big, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was great, huge shower, and a really nice jacuzzi tub. The staff were also so great, we had to leave before the valet was “open” we called down to the front desk and they had our vehicle waiting for us with no complaints. 10/10 will always recommend!

Hotel was definitely a cool experience with an interior balcony room. However, it comes with a luxury price tag and without luxury amenities. Tub faucets were leaking, room was a bit dusty in multiple areas. The on-site dining, which is not owned by the hotel is disappointing as well as the bowling alley where only half the lanes worked, and the staff were not professional. We appreciated the in room snack basket. The homemade cookies were amazing. They give kids a scavenger hunt, which was fun, although very confusing and could be given with better instructions on how to complete. If you want to make s’mores on the terrace, bring your own supplies. It’s $5 dollars for one s’more if purchased at the hotel. would recommend staying at least once in your lifetime, but we probably would not return for a second stay unless there was a significant discount. Jackson working in the Valet parking was great.

One of the coolest hotels i have ever stayed in! The hotel itself was amazing, but the staff deserves a special shout out. Every person we met was sooo friendly. We can't wait to go back!
