Stupendo cottage dal tetto di paglia con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. A soli 25 minuti da Amsterdam e Utrecht e nel cuore del Gooi, a pochi passi dal centro di Laren. Il coraggio ha un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo al piano di sotto, una cucina e una sala studio. Al piano superiore ci sono due ampie camere da letto con bagno privato. Il cottage ha il suo giardino bellissimo e paesaggistico con varie aree salotto e (in estate) un barbecue. Il cottage è stato costruito nel 1895 ed è splendidamente decorato pur mantenendo dettagli originali. All'inizio del volgere del secolo lo scrittore Louis Couperus visse nel dominio per 2 anni. Vi è una veloce WiFI disponibile e nel soggiorno si ha accesso a una smart TV da 55 ", incluso il sistema Sonos. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone anche di una macchina Nespresso. Il cottage è a pochi passi da Laren, un bellissimo villaggio verde nel centro di Het Gooi. A Laren si possono trovare numerosi negozi di lusso, ristoranti, bar e il Singer Museum. Ci sono 3 Nest Protect (rilevazione fumo / monossido di carbonio) presenti in casa per la tua sicurezza (in entrambe le camere da letto e nel soggiorno). questa casa vacanze si trova a Laren. Museo Comenius e Museo della Fortezza olandese sono due delle principali attrazioni culturali della zona. Per gli amanti dello shopping, invece, due tappe fondamentali sono Sluiskade e Voorstraat. Anche Oud Valkeveen e Centro ricreativo Mijnden meritano una visita. Sfida i tuoi compagni di vacanza nel vicino campo da golf, oppure immergiti nella natura con attività come ciclismo e mountain bike che puoi tranquillamente fare nei dintorni.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus, in dem man sich rundum wohl fühlen kann. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Der hübsche, völlig abgeschirmte Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein idealer Platz um sich zu erholen und zu entspannen.Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, an das offene Bad mit Toilette muss man sich allerdings erst gewöhnen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die sehr ruhige Umgebung ermöglicht einen störungsfreien Schlaf. Es ist allerdings zu beachten, dass beide Schlafzimmer jeweils nur über eine sehr schmale und steile Treppe zu erreichen sind. Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnten hier Probleme bekommen.Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne nochmals wiederholen möchten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend.

Fijne cottage in een schitterend dorp met alle winkels en fantastische restaurants op loopafstand. Stille, groene omgeving. Ruime slaapkamers en elke slaapkamer is volledig van elkaar gescheiden dus voldoende privacy. Heerlijke tuin. We hopen er weer terug te komen!

A really beautiful property in a very nice town. Space is good, facilities are good. Only a couple of specificities to point out in case these matter to you:- quite hard to find the first time - GPS took us to the wrong side of the property, and since it is deep in a residential area, it was not obvious how to find the driveway/entrance which was actually several streets away . . .- the two main bedrooms (upstairs) each have open ensuite bathrooms - no privacy- no oven, just a stove top and a toaster ovenOwner was really easy to deal with and very helpful when we needed her. Strongly recommended rental property.

This home is incredible. The cottage is very clean and gives you a real Dutch experience. The town of Laren is so beautiful. and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was all that we hoped for and more. Located in private setting in a lovely area. It was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and overall the cottage was very comfortable. Communication with the host Marjan was clear and responses were prompt. We would definitely re-book this property if we find ourselves in the Amsterdam area again.

Such a lovely house to return to after our daily outings. It was perfect for the 4 of us, lots of space and equipped with everything you would need. We relaxed outside enjoying the lovely garden several times, not worrying about spitting rain because the area is covered and has heaters. We could walk into town and enjoyed most of the local restaurants. The town is very nice, and we felt extremely safe walking around.
