Anva est situé dans la région de Makris Tichos, à seulement 800-900 mètres des six plages de sable Kalamaki, Glaros, Iguana, Agii Apostoli, la côte d'or, Aptera, et seulement 3. 5 km à l'ouest de la ville de La Canée. Cette belle villa de 140 m² est moderne, entièrement rénovée, décorée artistiquement et très confortable. Vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les deux terrasses meublées des deux étages. La villa est sur deux étages avec un salon spacieux ouvert offrant une connexion Wi-Fi rapide, TV satellite et musique, une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et un balcon spacieux. Il dispose de trois chambres, une salle de bain complète et un WC / douche. Toutes les chambres ont l'air conditionné. Machine à laver est fourni et tous les draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage, service de nettoyage et de changement de linge une fois par semaine. Anva peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement dans les 3 chambres et en outre deux dans le salon sur des canapés ou sur des lits d'appoint. L'intrigue est clôturée avec un mur et / ou un filet métallique. La maison entourée d'un joli jardin plein d'arbres, de fleurs et d'herbes et propose un parking privé. Proche sont des restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacie, arrêts de bus, distributeurs automatiques de billets et de nombreuses activités dans les environs. Il est également idéalement situé pour vous joindre à la route nationale pour vos excursions. Cette villa vous donne rendez-vous à La Canée, plus précisément près d'un parc aquatique, près de la plage. Les célèbres Ancien port vénitien et Port de Souda valent le détour si un minimum d'action est à l'ordre du jour. L'aventure, très peu pour vous ? Vous préférez vous poser et apprécier la beauté naturelle des lieux ? Partez à la découverte des non moins emblématiques Golden Beach et Plage de Kalamaki. En voyage avec toute la tribu ? Envisagez de passer par les fantastiques Musée National de Football Grec et Musée nautique de La Canée, Crète, Grèce. Les points d'eau des environs sont le décor idéal pour vous adonner à de nouvelles activités telles que le jet-ski et le ski nautique tandis que les amoureux d'aventures en plein air pourront plutôt opter pour les balades en vélo et les promenades à cheval.

Alex was an incredible host! He communicated well and quickly responded to any of our texts. The location is amazing with stunning views and all the amenities. Cold drinks & snacks were provided upon arrival. Everything was great!

Excellent communication from the host, who met us in person to show the place. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a welcome cake! Everything was spotless and the balcony and view a real treat. Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed this lovely home. It was spacious , clean, modern and the view was beautiful! It was great to be in a home with beautiful furniture and interesting artwork. Alexis, the host, did a great job giving us information about things we could do and places we could go. He was concerned about our stay and made every effort to make it nice for us, including having some treats in the refrigerator for us. since we rented a car, having a parking place was great. We found this home very convenient and could go many places on the island easily. Having a washer/dryer and 2 drying racks made it easy to do our family’s laundry. it was spacious as well appointed. We recommend this home and hope to return one day. It was quite hot during our stay and the a/c worked great.

When we visit our family in Crete, we usually rent a home. I have decided that I prefer to stay in Daratsos because of its proximity to Chania (town and the Old Harbour) as well as Agia Marina. This home, Villa Anva, was probably the best one we have stayed in so far. It sits on a hill, and you have beautiful views to the sea. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but it is just a few minutes walk down the hill to excellent cafes, two major grocery stores and restaurants. We never walked to the beaches nearby, but it is a 2 minute drive. Our daughter and her boyfriend did walk to the Old Harbour in Chania, and it was about 3 miles each way. On the walk to the Old Harbour (when it was day light), they walked on a footpath instead of the street. On the way home, they took the road back. What made this home one of the best was our very gracious host, Alexis. He had the fridge stocked with some drinks and water as well as coffee, filters, and some snacks as well as something we could eat for breakfast the next day. There was also detergent for the washing machine. The AC works very well. There are 2 balconies with the beautiful views I have mentioned. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want to cook for your family. Because we were with family, we went out to eat most meals. The other thing I want to emphasize is that Alexis was very communicative from the very beginning to the very end of our rental process. We will definitely stay again at Villa Anva!
