The staff tried to help but her intention was to sell the room to you and stated the rooms will connected to each other but actually they were not. It is a cheating behavior in Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. Unbelievable!

さすがリッツカールトン 3泊の短い滞在でしたが、利用客を名前で呼ぶ努力が見えます。 すべての客室が100階以上というのも圧巻てました！

Great view from the room, Location is perfect and the view is hard to beat. Staff is friendly and provides great service. However, when checking in I was offered late checkout (4 pm) as my flight out of HK was in the evening. On the day I was leaving I was contacted by the front desk post noon and asked to send my luggage to the front desk for checkout as I was told they needed the room for another guest. After some back and forth discussion I was allowed to have late checkout anyways, as agreed when checking in. This situation was very awkward and made me feel uncomfortable.
