Good Busy Hotel. Stairs to rooms a bit tired and windows in the room need a good clean but it's fine and the Staff were helpful and nice Breakfast

When we arrived we were told that they were taking us to an apartment. This turned out to be a flat that had been split in two up the road in a block which looked like a DSS bedsit. I then asked to be moved. They then put us in a room which was dirty, had the curtain hanging off and was very very small! There were two loud noises. One stopped after I complained to the staff and they investigated. There was a loud fan noise which kept us up all night long. It was too late to look for somewhere else to stay and it spoilt what should have been a wonderful occasion for my daughters graduation. I spoke with Hotels.com who contacted the hotel about a refund. The hotel refused to do anything. Will never go back there. I will advise you to give it a miss.

Recommend this hotel. Staff friendly, very clean. Bed an bedding clean an comfortable. Food quality excellent. Plenty on the menu. Two downside things. Traffic noise. An stairs. Overall a good stay, in the city. Thanks to all the staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful We enjoyed a nice breakfast too, which we were able to enjoy outdoors in the mild weather we are still experiencing
