Reception only part time manned but each one of the young staff were friendly and helpful. Hot water in the sink tap, but none in the shower, otherwise great few days for my work trip. Thank you

Hotel was ok and very well situated but NO HOT shower all weekend even though we mentioned it twice. There was no communication from staff about this matter except that it was a problem with the whole premises they were working on Reception is only covered on a limited basis but there is a contact number. On the first day our card key stopped working but fortunately, on check-in, the receptionist had given us the code for the key box. Due to the fact that, as mentioned, reception is only covered on a limited basis we could have been locked out for a considerable amount of time. Overall due to these 2 quite important matters this is the reason we are only giving it 2 stars

Great location in town centre, plenty of parking, period property,large bedroom, comfortable bed,no lifts so we had 2 flights of stairs to our room,easy check in,no breakfast.

This is an old hotel so quirky and a challenge to find your room, all fun though, very friendly staff - can't fault them. Parking is very limited and tight so go to long park across the road

Perfect location for easy walk into centre of town. Staff were very pleasant. On site parking. Have stayed before and will be back!
