Anva liegt in der Gegend von Makris Tichos, nur 800-900 Meter von den sechs Sandstränden Kalamaki, Glaros, Iguana, Agii Apostoli, der Goldenen Küste, Aptera und nur 3,5 km westlich von Chania Stadt entfernt. Diese schöne 140 qm Villa ist modern, komplett renoviert, künstlerisch eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Von den beiden möblierten Terrassen auf beiden Etagen genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet ein geräumiges, offenes Wohnzimmer mit schnellem WLAN, Satellitenfernsehen und Musik, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich und geräumige Balkone. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Dusche / WC. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strandtücher, Reinigungsservice und Wechsel der Bettwäsche einmal in der Woche bleiben. Anva bietet Platz für 6 Personen bequem in den 3 Schlafzimmern und zusätzlich zwei im Wohnbereich auf Sofas oder auf Zustellbetten. Das Grundstück ist mit Mauer und / oder Metallnetz umzäunt. Das Haus ist von einem schönen Garten voller Bäume, Blumen und Kräuter umgeben und bietet einen privaten Parkplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bushaltestellen, Geldautomaten und viele Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Es ist auch günstig gelegen für Sie, um die Nationalstraße für Ihre Ausflüge zu verbinden. Diese Villa in Chania liegt In der Nähe des Wasserparks und in Strandnähe. Venezianischer Hafen von Chania und Hafen von Souda sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Strand Chrissi Akti und Strand von Kalamaki. Du bist mit Kindern unterwegs? Beim Jetskifahren und beim Wasserskifahren kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich beim Radfahren und beim Reiten ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

Alex was an incredible host! He communicated well and quickly responded to any of our texts. The location is amazing with stunning views and all the amenities. Cold drinks & snacks were provided upon arrival. Everything was great!

Excellent communication from the host, who met us in person to show the place. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a welcome cake! Everything was spotless and the balcony and view a real treat. Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed this lovely home. It was spacious , clean, modern and the view was beautiful! It was great to be in a home with beautiful furniture and interesting artwork. Alexis, the host, did a great job giving us information about things we could do and places we could go. He was concerned about our stay and made every effort to make it nice for us, including having some treats in the refrigerator for us. since we rented a car, having a parking place was great. We found this home very convenient and could go many places on the island easily. Having a washer/dryer and 2 drying racks made it easy to do our family’s laundry. it was spacious as well appointed. We recommend this home and hope to return one day. It was quite hot during our stay and the a/c worked great.

When we visit our family in Crete, we usually rent a home. I have decided that I prefer to stay in Daratsos because of its proximity to Chania (town and the Old Harbour) as well as Agia Marina. This home, Villa Anva, was probably the best one we have stayed in so far. It sits on a hill, and you have beautiful views to the sea. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but it is just a few minutes walk down the hill to excellent cafes, two major grocery stores and restaurants. We never walked to the beaches nearby, but it is a 2 minute drive. Our daughter and her boyfriend did walk to the Old Harbour in Chania, and it was about 3 miles each way. On the walk to the Old Harbour (when it was day light), they walked on a footpath instead of the street. On the way home, they took the road back. What made this home one of the best was our very gracious host, Alexis. He had the fridge stocked with some drinks and water as well as coffee, filters, and some snacks as well as something we could eat for breakfast the next day. There was also detergent for the washing machine. The AC works very well. There are 2 balconies with the beautiful views I have mentioned. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want to cook for your family. Because we were with family, we went out to eat most meals. The other thing I want to emphasize is that Alexis was very communicative from the very beginning to the very end of our rental process. We will definitely stay again at Villa Anva!
