For those enchanting Bora Bora nights, COCO’S PLACE is equipped with fully space air conditioner, windows have all been mosquito proofed with mosquito netting, FREE high speed WIFI, an en-suite shower , fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction stove, electric oven, fridge. Laptop size safe deposit box for your valuables. Easy access to the Condominium’s private grass beach with access to the Condominium’s private pontoon creates easy pick up for any of the local water activities. This is the perfect place to get yourself relaxed. You will love it! On top of that you have included in the price the complimentary use of our car, a Toyota Yaris, manual, basic insurance. Car upgrade to a luxurious Jeep Compass, automatic, full insurance, is possible for a fee.*Other things to note**Please comply with our check-in time (after 15:00) and check-out time (before 10:00). To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be flexible with the check in/out times. Early check-in and late checkout are to be booked for an additional fee, subject to availability.*Due to operational reasons we can’t deliver the car at the airport. To get to the bungalow you will have to take a taxi. There’re plenty of them at the wharf in Vaitape.

This home is exactly as presented online.Each room of the had AC (bedrooms, living room, kitchen).The rental car (Toyota Yaris yaris) was perfect for two persons, but had room for 4 with truck space for beach gear.The full size kitchen was complete, the fridge had a welcome box of juice and a bottle of water, some zip lock bags, basic spices, teas, coffee, sugar, cookong oil, etc was also found in the cupboards.The washer and seperate dryer (located under the house at the base of the stairs) worked very well.The deck was large, and the hammock soft/sturdy.Adrian was away, but was very responsive via WhatsApp.The windows and sliding doors had screens for fresh evening air without worry of insects. The shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, with dual sinks for his and hers toiletries. The view was spectacular, espeically the sunsets.Some local chickens would come to visit, obviously used to getting some bread crumbs from guests For a VRBO, this rental presents more as a resort with regards to amenities provided.There is a 2 person kayak for the more active guests, a loft with twin beds for children, and two seperate bedrooms with large beds for adults... one single bathroom. And of course the car, which although simple, had great AC and was fuel efficient (note - gas stations are closed on Sunday).We have already informed Adrian we would like to return for an even longer stay in the future... 5 stars!

Coco's place is at the north end of Bora Bora. It was essential to have a car to get around the island and this was included in the rental. The place had all you need: great views, full kitchen to make meals, laundry underneath, and had a double kayak. Adrian was super in communicating special tips on where to go. In particular, a 1 minute drive gets you to a Manta Ray cleaning station where my son and I saw 3 large rays at sunrise on the last day.

Our stay at Coco’s place was wonderful. It is a good blend of countryside meets beautiful view. It was fully equipped with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Having a car for the stay is a must and such a convenience. Natalie and Barthelemy are simply amazing. While there, they made sure that all our questions were answered. Everything thing from the pick up to drop off was organized and smooth.

Coco's Place on the north end of Bora Bora has a tremendous view, access to a small beach with a covered picnic table and a relatively quiet location while also being just 15 mins from Vaitape harbor and the town's amenities. It's a cozy home with all the comforts you need to relax at the end of a great day out exploring and enjoying the island. The AC was much appreciated as was the warm shower after a long day.

Great ocean view, car was a plus, host was very receptive, but the place was shabby. Wouldn’t return. Sorry!
