DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you want a guarantee that what you paid for will be what you get! I had booked and paid for this hotel 2 months in advance of our stay. However, on arrival we were told they had no rooms in the hotel and they placed us in an apartment room in another building attached to the hotel. This building was disgusting, falling apart and full of bugs. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review. I have visited 67 countries and nothing has been as bad as the Alexandar Square Apartments, in which the hotel placed us. The stairway to the room had mould, peeling paint, crumbling plaster, broken glass panels, trailing wires, poor lighting and no working lift after the 3rd floor (leaving us to lug heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs). The room was in need of refurbishment and full of bugs. The next morning we asked to be moved and enquired what had happened to the room in the hotel that we had paid for. We were told it had been given to someone else and we were lucky to get any room as the weekend was busy and they had turned away lots of people walking off the streets searching for accommodation, ignoring the fact that we had already booked and paid for a hotel room we had not received. That night I was badly bitten. Close to tears I went back down to reception and a third time demanded to be moved. This time they moved us to a hotel opposite but didn't offer any form of refund.

We had a 2 nights stay booked at the hotel. The day before our arrival, I contacted them via the Hotels.com chatroom to ask for a transfer to the hotel from the airport. As I received no reply, I called them the same day we were about to fly to Skopje. During the call, I received information that there had been a fire in the kitchen at the hotel and that our booking had been cancelled. I was really shocked as no one had informed us about this and the only reason we found out was because I called them. When pointing this out to the man working at the reception, his answer was “how could we have called you, we don’t have your number”. He also said that they had no internet? The response from the hotel was very arrogant and rude, and he also informed us that we needed to find our own accommodation the second night (we were transferred to another hotel for the first night), which is unacceptable. We nevertheless got a confirmation that the transfer booking was valid and that they would pick us up at the airport. However, to our surprise, no one from the hotel was waiting for us to pick us up. When I called them to say we had arrived, a new person said that the transfer booking had not been registered in their system and that we needed to book our own taxi. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed at the hotel and we do NOT recommend it to anyone.

Resepsiyonistler yardımsever, odalar temiz,yatak rahat , büyük İskender meydanı ve heykelinin dibi,son derece güvenli, gerçekten yenilebilecek harika bir açık büfe kahvaltı, Türk çayından, her türlü kahve, hatta petekten balı kendiniz kesiyorsunuz , kahvaltı ekibi hepsi harika sevimli kadınlar dan oluşuyor, tv internet klima sıcak su hepsi kusursuz, yanınızda mibox gibi hdmı lı bir android box ta getirirseniz tv Smart oluyor, YouTube netfliks ne isterseniz izlersiniz, ben otel yönetimi ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyorum

Rent rum, men några år sedan det renoverades. Hjälpsamt personal. Frukost inte den bästa men man kan aldrig jämföra med svensk hotellfrukost.
